She has worked in demanding industries, including manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, and mining, as a trusted advisor and member of executive teams. As an advisor, her years of experience have enabled her to align people strategy with business goals, build stronger, more skilled teams, and deliver a sustainable competitive edge. She brings this expertise forward as the President & CEO of HR Force, Inc to transform organizations and develop future-ready workforces. As Chair of the Workforce Development Board of Ventura County, she brings a mission-driven leadership and deep insight into workforce trends, driving initiatives that strengthen and empower local communities.

Natalie Lehman is a Business Strategist and Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience guiding entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations through growth and transformation. As the founder of She Means Business, LLC, she blends strategic advising, organizational consulting, and leadership coaching to help clients align vision with execution, build high-performing teams, and achieve sustainable success. Drawing on her background as an executive and her work with government, nonprofit, and corporate leaders, she has partnered with economic development entities, coached women leaders into executive roles, and designed strategies that drive measurable business growth.
